Comedian, and actor, Funny Face, is joining newly-established radio station, Starr FM, we can tell you.
He
joins an impressive list of personalities who have since signed up to
work with the outfit, which began a month-long test transmission this
week.
Funny Face, who is returning to radio years after he
appeared on Adom FM’s Evening Drive show, with Abeiku Santana, is
excitedly upbeat about it, enewsgh.com can say.
Station sources are tight lipped on which programme or segment he would appear on.
In
what is set to become the biggest urban radio onslaught, the station
has gone in hard in a large top dog-swoop that is somewhat scary.
Bola
Ray, Kafui Dey, Jon Germain, Nii Ayi Tagoe, DJ Blow, Dennis Mirpuri,
Kwaku Obeng Adjei, Sammy Darko and Henry Twum Asante among other big
names have joined.
Other names include Patrick Ayimu, and Kent Mensah, all formerly of the Adabraka-based, Citi FM.
Full-scale broadcast would begin in September. |
