The song produced by Kaywa features BET award-winner Michael Kwesi Owusu Addo known in showbiz as Sarkodie.
Speaking about the new song 'Rokpokpo Dance', Adolf Tagoe revealed that the song preaches about love. According to him, the song advises men to find varied means of making their partners happy.
He continued that he collaborated with Sarkodie on the song that is already enjoying airplay because Sarkodie stands tall amongst other Hiplife artistes:
“It is time for me to link with the best rapper in Ghana after working with Castro, Tinny, and Screw Face. Again, he is my son so getting access to him was not difficult.”
The ‘Kakalika dance’ hitmaker further added “most of my songs are based on true stories and dance styles so don’t be surprised with the titles.
‘Rokpokpo Dance’ is another dancing style I’m initiating like ‘Kakalika’ came with its style.”
To Adolf Tagoe, he is a young artiste who is ready to rub shoulders with the Hiplife artiste; “I’m young. People don’t understand what the meaning of the word 'young' means. You will realize that I’m young if you know me. I’m ever ready to compete with the hiplife artistes.”
Adolf Tagoe hinted that the music video of “Rokpokpo Dance” will be shot soon in South Africa.
